About LeeAnn

Healing Salve

My Approach

My passion to help mother's was sparked when I had a successful VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) with our second child. With the encouragement of my husband, doulas and midwives I was empowered to have a beautiful birth.

I believe every mother deserves a powerful and beautiful birth regardless of where she chooses to have her baby. As a doula I would be a family's advocate and emotional support as they navigate through the process of labor and birth. I strive to help mother's listen to their bodies, trust themselves and help them find strength to birth their babies.

Placenta Power

The healing power of the placenta is why for thousands of years many woman all over the world have been consuming their placentas as part of the birth process.

What can placental consumption do for a postpartum mother?

  • Aid in the relief of Post Partum Depression

  • Encourages bonding with baby from Oxytocin and a natural pain relief

  • Increase milk production

  • Level out the everchanging hormones of a postpartum mother

  • Aid in a swift recovery from birth due to the rich nutrients and minerals found in the placenta

  • Increase energy and alleviate postpartum bleeding because the placenta is full of natural Iron that is produced specifically for that mother.
